Kathy Greco, Sr. VP of Strategic Initiatives
Kathy Greco is a senior business executive with 24 years of experience in the staffing industry and past owner of two successful small businesses. As Sr. Vice President of Strategic Initiatives her focus is to provide leadership to inspire expanded growth, identifying and leading new business development opportunities across multiple industries and fostering highly productive relationships and partnerships.
She is recognized for running successful businesses, coaching and mentoring small businesses, program design, developing service-oriented cultures, cultivating client relationships, hiring and motivating high-performance teams, negotiating complex contracts and transactions and implementing high-impact diversity initiatives.
Greco has served as a board member for both global and national industry organizations as well as two past president board roles for non-profit community organizations. She currently serves on the US Chamber Corporate Leadership Advisory Council, a board member for Assured Healthcare Staffing and remains active in an advisory role for NorthPointe Resources to offer expertise relating to human resource guidance, go to market strategies, sales leadership, organizational design, mentoring and coaching.
